This morning, I stumbled onto a gem (click image above to watch video). I know we all feel this way sometimes, we know that social media is taking over our lives but we just can’t put our finger on the exact issue. This video gives a great explanation of what we are doing to ourselves and hopefully inspires us to reconnect through actual communication.

This video has inspired me to take the first step in admitting that I have a “social media addiction” myself. So, I definitely need to work on this and will be documenting my steps to “recovery” through the blog. I welcome any tips or ideas. Have you felt the same?
