Achieve More by Doing Less

Sep 15, 2015

Lately, I’ve been having difficulty with blogging as often as I would like. I imagine you might be able to identify with that feeling of having so many things on your plate, and feeling there’s still yet more to do.

In the midst of this feeling of guilt and stress, I stumbled onto a great resource that serves as a reminder to be more mindful with my to-do list and to “Achieve more by doing less.”

We definitely live in a fast-paced world and are surrounded by constant alerts, chimes, and dings that compete for our attention. We are always “busy,” but are we present? I often ask myself this question in my personal striving to be more mindful and present.

Which of these myths have you been living with? What ONE thing can you do today to achieve more by doing less? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!
